We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address and password (stored as a cryptographic hash). We also collect SOP content you generate.
Your information is used to provide the Service, authenticate your access, store your SOPs, and improve our AI generation quality. We do not sell your data.
SOP content and user data are stored in Vercel Blob storage with private access. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
We use OpenAI for AI SOP generation. Your description text is sent to OpenAI for processing. We use Vercel for hosting and analytics. Google OAuth is used for optional social login.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session cookies) and optional analytics cookies via Vercel Analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We retain your data until you delete your account or request removal. You can delete individual SOPs at any time from your dashboard.
